Cardio = Heart
Pulmonary = Lungs
Resuscitate = Revive
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation = Reviving The Heart & Lungs
CPR is a technique that is used in an emergency when a person’s heart has stopped beating & also their breathing has stopped.
There are 4 Rs of CPR
1) Risk:- Factors in your life that predispose you to develop heart problems or a stroke.
2) Recognize:- How to recognize the signs of a developing medical emergency.
3) React:- What to do when you see a developing emergency.
4) Resuscitate:- How to do CPR & how to help someone who is choking.
