Thank you , this information is very relevant to me
NEBOSH, there is a load of crap if i ever saw one. I guarantee this course is a racket to steal peoples money.
Passed NG1 no problems, NG2 on the other hand oh lets see. I failed the first time because because I wrote hands not appendages, so Ii changed that sentence. The second fail was because I wrote climb not ascend a ladder. So changed that sentence, third i failed was and I quote ” dont understand the business is reference” the forth time i failed is because on page 13 half way down bullet point number 5 was not assigned to anyone. The fifth time i failed under justification number 2 and 3 I didn’t state the number of people on the job site that would be affected.
In other words I failed because in the section used for showing your work, i showed my work wrong. The 6th times i failed all is says ” paragraph 4 page 8″. Or something to that effect it doesn’t even state what they don’t like. Of course i was in contact with the school the whole time who stated they can not advise me, can not retrain me, can not point a finger to what page in the book, can not do anything because then the document would not be that of my own. I called NEBOSH to ask why I failed this last time all it says paragraph 4 page 8. They replied with pay us £300 or what ever it is to regrade your test and we will yell you why you failed.
After 18 months and £2400 in just resitting the test I gave up.
You know what I have owned my own business, I have distinction is computer networking and Website development. Im not an idiot. But taking a test that is an instant fail over and over again for most ignorant things, a test that is 30 pages long, I wrote in total over 50,000 characters. And failed over and over for a single word here, then say absolutely nothing about any other part of my exam and pick something else and something else and something else. Some times you just have to lick your wounds and walk off. And know when a scam is a scam.
So sorry for you!
